Film Release "Confirmed" as Summer 2008

Finding the director to fill the Halo Movie hotseat has been more like a game musical chairs. Peter Jackson has been muted who was followed by Guillermo Del Toro and recently we have Neill Blomkamp as the vision behind the movie.

Even though Jackson is still an Executive Producer and his workshops in charge of the visual effects, costumes etc.

But when will we find out the cast? Hopefully that'll be something that's cleared up in the next few months.

Neill Blomkamp To Be Director

News reaches us that the director for the upcoming Halo Movile will be Neill Blomkamp.

The South African isn't all that well known, but did direct an episode of the TV series Dark Angel, Smallville. as well asbeing the lead animator on 3000 Miles to Graceland and director of Alive in Joburg.
